Job summary

Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a relief teller to support multiple Oahu branches, handling teller transactions, account maintenance, and member service duties with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year in sales or front-line customer service, with knowledge of Word and Excel, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work across branches is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform relief teller duties at APFCU branches, including transaction processing and balancing.
• Provide member services with product cross-sales and account maintenance.
• Adhere to credit union policies and ensure quality service and positive member interactions.
• Be flexible to relocate across Oahu branches as needed.

Job description

Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma required
• One (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position
• Knowledge of the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle
• Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches in the region as assigned
