Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the store.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Recommend products and suggest add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance with all company policies.
• Opening and closing of the store.
• Train newly hired associates and direct sales staff.
