Job summary

Mountainview Women’s Health Center in Grandview, WA is seeking a Relief Registered Nurse (Part-time). The RN will provide direct patient care during visits, perform triage, document health histories and follow care plans in EPIC EMR.

Licensure in WA and dual WA/OR licensure within 120 days are required, with bilingual Spanish skills highly valued. Responsibilities include physician support, IV starts when ordered, and patient education on medications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing is required or preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
• Active WA RN license and 2-state licensure requirements described in posting.
• BCLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care during patient visits and records vital signs and health history.
• Performs phone triage and determines next steps in care.
• Documents health history, assessments and medications in EMR.
• Assists providers in procedures and treatments; starts IV when ordered.
• Coordinates patient care with providers and interagency referrals.
• Educates patients about medications and consent; explains side effects.
