Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our service center. The RN will provide care during patient visits, perform triage, document in EPIC, and assist providers with diagnostics and treatments.

A WA license with dual WA/OR licensure within 120 days is required, along with BCLS within 90 days of hire. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus and may qualify for a bilingual differential.

Qualifications

• WA RN license required
• Dual WA/OR licensure within 120 days
• BCLS within 90 days of hire
• ACLS/PALS preferred
• Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred at level 10

Responsibilities

• Provide care during patient visits and collect vital signs, health history and baseline assessment
• Perform phone triage and determine next steps and follow-up care
• Document health history, assessments, actions and medications in EPIC EMR
• Assist providers in diagnostics and treatments and prepare for procedures
• Explain medications to patient and obtain consent
• Collaborate with other providers and ancillary staff to plan and coordinate patient care
