Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Semi-Skilled Labor member for a 24/7 dairy manufacturing facility in Tennessee. The role involves operating filling/packaging lines, performing routine tests, and maintaining records.

Union job with potential shift rotations, 3 shifts, and overtime. Prior dairy or GMP experience is preferred. Requires high school diploma, basic math, and the ability to operate forklift equipment; English proficiency and ERP/SAP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in food manufacturing; dairy experience preferred.
• Strong math and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with equipment controls and touch panels is a plus.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up filling and packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Perform quality/packaging inspections and seal tests.
• Maintain production records and reports accurately.
• Change-overs, cleanup, and preventive maintenance.
• Support audits and maintain safety and GMP compliance.
