Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a plant operator in Wisconsin to support daily production tasks in a fast-paced dairy facility. You will follow GMPs, SOPs, and batch records, while maintaining clean, safe work areas and assisting with equipment like dryers and lactose evaporators.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime and weekends, and have a High School diploma. ERP data entry and teamwork are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail in data entry.
• Experience working in manufacturing, farming, or agriculture environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with obtaining and recording logs, metal detector data, batch records, and transactions.
• Maintain safe, sanitary conditions and follow food safety standards.
• Attend safety and department meetings and work as a team with colleagues.
• Perform hookups and CIP on dryer equipment; operate lactose evaporator and protein dryer when needed.
