FastLane Convenience Stores is seeking a Relief Store Manager to step in and lead operations across multiple Hannibal-area locations. You’ll supervise store teams, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering strong customer service and maintaining high standards.

You’ll adapt to changing priorities, manage inventory, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses, and help drive sales growth with proactive leadership and hands-on support.

• Step in as acting Store Manager during PTO, vacancies, or other absences
• Support multiple FastLane locations to keep operations running smoothly
• Lead store teams and provide coaching, training, and daily support
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores that drive sales
• Help manage inventory, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, and store expenses
• Handle cash, deposits, and store transactions accurately and securely
• Monitor store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations are followed
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support stores wherever needed
