Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Relief Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. The role supports managers and fills in for shifts, ensuring AAA Four Diamond service standards are met and guest satisfaction remains high.

You will lead a diverse F&B team, coach team members, manage schedules, and collaborate on product offerings and budgets while maintaining company policies and procedures.

Formación

• Two years of management experience in high-volume, multi-outlet food & beverage operation.
• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
• Proficient with MS Office, POS systems, timekeeping, scheduling and ordering software.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead Team Members under a collective bargaining agreement.
• Effective written and verbal communication with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays; able to adapt to schedule changes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in running day-to-day operations of food and beverage departments.
• Provide leadership to F&B team members and ensure service standards.
• Manage operational and administrative responsibilities for restaurant or beverage outlet.
• Assist with guest recoveries and team member concerns with appropriate follow-up.
• Help develop product offerings including wine, spirits, food, pricing and presentation.
• Contribute to data collection for business plans, budgets and financial presentations.
• Coach and develop team members to meet department goals.
• Monitor industry trends to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Provide timely departmental analyses to senior management.
