Residential Resources, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Relief) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Portland area, including Portland, ME and Saco, ME.

This role emphasizes multitasking, clear communication with the team, and adaptability to changing priorities. As a DSP, you will help residents with daily living tasks, promote independence, document activities, and support meaningful community involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with caregivers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of care activities.
• Support community participation and safety.
• Assist with ambulation, meals, hygiene per care plan.
