Job summary

Residential Resources, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Relief) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Portland area. You will help with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community participation.

The role offers flexibility with various schedules including full-time and part-time shifts, weekends, and weekdays. Prior caregiving or DSP experience is preferred; training is provided for the right candidate, along

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history.
• An acceptable criminal history and other background checks, as required.
• Experience with medication passing and full personal care is preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ambulation (walker or wheelchair).
• Support meal preparation and feeding.
• Help with housekeeping and hygiene tasks.
• Maintain daily documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate meaningful community integration.
