Almost Family – Douglas/Coos County in Oregon is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide attendant and relief care, helping clients participate in community activities and daily living. You’ll work with a dedicated team that values compassion and independence, with flexible full-time shifts and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes follow-through on care plans, documentation, and building meaningful relationships while promoting clients’ quality of life in their homes and community.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• 1+ year supporting someone with I/DD (professionally or personally)
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Flexibility is mandatory
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• A team player who also thrives working independently

Mansioni

• Provide attendant care and relief care
