Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Woodburn, OR, to provide person-centered care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. You’ll support individuals in achieving independence and community engagement through various in-home activities.

This role requires flexibility in schedule and the ability to assist with daily living tasks, all while fostering autonomy and choice. A strong emphasis is placed on empathy and communication within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience working with the I/DD community or 1 year caregiving/related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships and deliver care aligning with the individual's support plan.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and dressing.
• Facilitate community participation and plan activities based on preferences.
