Position: Reliability Test Technician

Location: Valley Green, PA

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader in high-speed, high-bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products enable the electronics revolution and are a key component for all major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations worldwide and are currently seeking a Reliability Test Technician to join our HSIO Connector Engineering team in Valley Green, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop qualification test plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Set up and conduct testing on products in accordance with test plans.
• Manage lab resources, including personnel and equipment, to complete testing projects on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of problems during testing.
• Collaborate with design engineers on test plan and fixture design.
• Prepare qualification test reports for customer sharing.

Qualifications:

• Experience with test and measurement systems.
• Ability to program and understand test equipment as per customer requirements.
• University Degree or College Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in setting up electrical, mechanical, and environmental test equipment.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Knowledge of quality concepts and testing methodologies.
