The ideal candidate will have experience providing enterprise-level support for critical systems and an understanding of high-uptime requirements. The Engineering Service Desk (ESD) is responsible for maintaining and supporting the Operational Technology infrastructure of Casne Engineering clients. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters technical and leadership growth while contributing to the creation, deployment, and support of production infrastructure. Additionally, as a member of the ESD, you will participate in routine upgrades, system administration, application support, and in-depth analysis of security incidents and service interruptions, including root cause investigations and post-mortem reviews.
