Job summary

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with vibration, thermography and ultrasound.
• Familiarity with condition monitoring technologies.
• Experience with rotating equipment and manufacturing assets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute PdM routes including vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermal imaging, and oil sampling.
• Perform precision lubrication across assets to extend asset life and reduce downtime.
• Apply precision maintenance techniques per OEM specs and document findings in GMARS.
• Support RCFA for critical failures and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain records of PdM activities, findings, and labor hours in GMARS.
• Communicate equipment health to teams and coordinate reliability-driven work.
• Produce reports summarizing PdM performance and overall equipment health.
• Provide field troubleshooting support, including after-hours.
