Job summary

Lilly in Carmel, IN, is seeking a Laboratory Equipment Support Group Technician for the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, IN. You will maintain and calibrate high-end analytical instruments, supportqualification activities, and coordinate with vendors to keep operations audit-ready.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation in a GMP/GxP environment, with a path toward technical escalation and training of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in scientific/technical field.
• Hands-on experience servicing analytical instruments (HPLC/UHPLC/LC–MS/GC–MS).
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP and safety in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair PM on analytical instruments (Waters, Agilent systems and LC/MS/GC/MS).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain instrument functionality.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and qualification readiness under GMP/GLP.
