Job summary

Lilly is seeking a LESG Technician to maintain analytical instruments at the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, IN. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and support qualification activities under GMP/GxP, documenting work in CMMS and coordinating with vendors and site teams.

Initial location in Carmel, IN, with permanent relocation to Lebanon, Indiana, offering growth in a startup-like lab environment and opportunities to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience servicing analytical laboratory instruments such as HPLC/UHPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS.
• GxP/GMP, GLP knowledge and compliant documentation practices.
• Ability to execute preventive/corrective maintenance and document actions.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and perform PM on analytical instruments.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ qualification readiness and support activities.
• Produce audit-ready service reports and equipment documentation.
• Maintain CMMS entries with timely, accurate information.
• Coordinate with LESG Scheduler, Specialists, System Owners, and vendors.
• Support instrument moves and onboarding of new equipment.
