Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Reliability Mechanic III to oversee, maintain, and perform tooling changes and setup across production lines. You will work with electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, supporting Plastics, Serac, Extraction, Fresh or Arils departments as needed.

Safety, quality, and FSMA/GMP compliance are essential, and you will mentor other mechanics while driving continuous improvement in equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years maintenance ops experience, including supervisory/lead capacity.
• Experience maintaining production equipment across multiple systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to teach other mechanics in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety programs and GMP/food safety policies.
• Inspect work and notify supervisor when PM is complete and ready for inspection.
• Determine materials, equipment and supplies; transfer equipment between projects as needed.
• Keep routine PM records up to date.
• Install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Review major contractor work and assist with new installations or changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
