Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Reliability Mechanic III to oversee and perform maintenance, tooling changes, and setups across production equipment. Will install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. May be assigned to Plastics, Serac, Extraction, Fresh or Arils departments depending on need.

Emphasis on safety and quality. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience, with final pay determined by

Qualifications

• At least two years of education and training beyond high school in general maintenance and repair.
• 5 years experience in maintenance operations including two years in a supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company and OSHA safety programs.
• Follow GMP policies and food safety procedures.
• Follow all required audits and company procedures related to food safety.
• Inspect work for completeness and inform supervisor when PM is complete.
• Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used; transfer equipment between projects as needed.
• Keep routine records and PM records up to date.
• Install, inspect, repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems in Reliability.
• Inspect major contract work and assist with new installations or changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
