Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Plastics Reliability Technician I to oversee electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in the Beverage department. You will perform tooling changes, repairs, and installations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires welding skills (MIG/TIG), GMP and food safety knowledge, and a background in maintenance with supervisory experience. Base compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or GED and 2+ years of education in maintenance/repair.
• At least 1 year of maintenance ops experience, including 2 years in supervision.
• Ability to weld MIG/TIG, stick, and sanitary.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform tooling changes and setup; inspect work for completeness.
• Transfer equipment between projects and keep PM records up to date.
• Ensure safety and quality programs are followed in beverage dept.
