Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Reliability Technician III for the 2nd shift to oversee, maintain, and repair production equipment across multiple departments, including Plastics, Serac, Extraction, Fresh or Arils. Responsibilities include safety compliance, tool changes, and PM tasks, with opportunities to mentor other mechanics.

Qualified candidates have 5 years in maintenance operations, including leadership, and 2+ years of post-secondary training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required with additional technical training
• 5 years maintenance operations experience including 2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Two years education/training beyond high school in maintenance or related field

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company and OSHA safety programs are followed.
• Follow GMP policies and food safety procedures.
• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain reliability department systems.
• Keep routine PM records up to date.
• Oversee material, equipment, and supplies transfers between projects.
