Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for a key role in a manufacturing environment. You will perform mechanical preventive maintenance, inspect and repair equipment, and troubleshoot issues to maximize productivity.

This position requires hands-on expertise and a proactive approach to reliability. Applicants should have at least 5 years in manufacturing maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a trade or technical credential preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Trade certificate or technical degree preferred.
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Field of Study in Mechanical Maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance to ensure safe, continuous, efficient operations.
• Inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment using mechanical tools.
• Troubleshoot concerns to achieve maximum productivity.
• Report problems to supervisors and assist in creating preventive maintenance plans.
• Conduct preventive inspections and document findings per supervisor guidance.

Qualifications
