Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled industrial maintenance technician for a leading global firm in Washington state. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, with emphasis on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.

You will read schematics, weld and fabricate components, install and align equipment, and operate forklifts and lifting devices while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or millwright work.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Skilled in welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems.
• Fabricate, weld, cut, and assemble mechanical components or replacement parts.
• Install, align, and move mechanical equipment according to specifications.
• Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and man lifts.
