Job summary

Quality Talent Group represents a global technology company in the building automation and industrial technology sector seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Bloomsdale, Missouri. The role involves performing industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe, reliable operation of plant equipment across multiple business areas.

Ideal candidates will have 5 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, be able to work any shift, and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance required.
• Ability to work in a team based environment.
• Must be able to work any shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safety, assess risks before starting tasks, use proper PPE.
• Perform industrial maintenance activities (rigging, cutting, welding, fitting, lubrication, alignments, basic low voltage electrical repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics).
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation and mechanical breakdowns; conduct mechanical maintenance.
• Make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment.
• Operate light and medium sized plant mobile equipment.
