Job summary

Quality Talent Group has identified a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment within Colorado. The selected candidate will perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, continuous operations and will troubleshoot issues to maximize productivity across plant equipment.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing maintenance with a relevant trade certificate or technical degree, and preferred mechanical maintenance training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Trade certificate or technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical maintenance training or related certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient operations.
• Inspect, repair, and reassemble equipment using mechanical tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns to maximize productivity.
• Report maintenance problems and help develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Conduct preventive/proactive inspections and document findings as directed.
