The position emphasizes mechanical maintenance, fabrication, and proactive equipment care across various industrial settings.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, and demonstrates strong safety discipline and PPE usage in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment in maintenance.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Safety protocols and proper use of PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in mechanical maintenance, mobile equipment repair.
• Fabrication, assembly, welding, and cutting to maintain high equipment reliability.
• Dismantles, repairs, and reassembles equipment.
• Performs proactive/predictive maintenance using advanced tools.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns to achieve and maintain maximum productivity.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Trade certificate / technical degree or equivalent

Associates / Technical Degree
