Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for a manufacturing environment focused on building automation and industrial technology. The role involves mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, and proactive upkeep to ensure high reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with a high school diploma or GED and a related technical background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; trade certificate/technical degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Associates/Technical Degree preferred to support advanced maintenance work.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and properly use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and mobile equipment repair.
• Fabrication, assembly, welding, and cutting to maintain equipment reliability.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Conduct proactive/predictive maintenance using advanced tools.
• Troubleshoot potential concerns to maximize productivity.
