Job summary

Orios is seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to join the Reliability Engineering team in Philadelphia. The role blends business and technical perspectives to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and automation.

You will work with engineers, SMEs, and process owners to define requirements, manage backlogs, and drive AI-enabled improvements across data flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and reporting.
• Background in cloud-based platforms and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven or service-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems worth solving and translate into requirements.
