Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Senior Data Management Professional - Data Product Owner (Data AI) in Princeton. You will lead data/AI initiatives, align Product, Engineering and Data teams, and define scalable data capabilities to enable intelligent automation and measurable business value.

You will design evaluation frameworks, ensure data quality, and drive delivery of trustworthy, consumable analytics across Bloomberg’s data products. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, STEM or related fields.
• Minimum four years in data management concepts: data quality, modeling, and sampling.
• Experience with Tableau or Qlik Sense to present analyses clearly.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data profiling/analysis.
• Experience with financial datasets or financial market concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve data frameworks and evaluation strategies for Generative AI data behaviors.
• Align data capabilities with product objectives to enable trustworthy, actionable insights.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate complexity into value.
• Develop reusable evaluation rubrics and scalable data quality standards.
• Advance evaluation infrastructure to accelerate cross-functional delivery.
