Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior AI Product Owner to lead the lifecycle of AI products—from user research and data analysis to feature releases and performance monitoring. You will prioritize the product backlog, define success metrics, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

The role requires 8+ years in an Agile setting, strong business acumen, and experience with AI tools.

Qualifications

Eight (8)+ years as Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, CS, or information science.
Certified Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for AI products and demonstrate capabilities to users across the firm.
Lead workshops to gather product feedback and align with firm strategy.
Define success metrics and monitor KPIs for AI products.
Write user stories and prioritize backlog to deliver impactful features.
Oversee product roadmaps and plan releases based on business needs.
Ensure ethical and technical standards in AI development.
