Job summary

CentroMotion in Medina, Ohio seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to support predictive and preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis. You will assist the Reliability Engineer in developing strategies to improve asset uptime and reliability across key equipment.

The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and fabrication.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support predictive/ preventive maintenance and RCA programs.
• Develop strategies to improve asset reliability and uptime.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and PM optimization.
• Work with Reliability Engineer on predictive maintenance initiatives.
• Support spare parts processes and asset management.
