Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with a CMMS such as MVP Plant or other database systems.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, varying shifts, weekends.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support the predictive/preventive maintenance program.
• Provide support to Operations, Maintenance and Reliability to eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for asset reliability.
• Work on PMs and Corrective Work Orders; identify improvements for PM tasks.
• Support critical spare parts process and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Plant Reliability Engineer on predictive maintenance strategies.
