Job summary

Carlisle Brake & Friction is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to support predictive and preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives on plant assets.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, and the ability to work with a cross-functional team. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and available for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics, welding and fabricating, pipe fitting.
• Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As the Maintenance and Reliability technician, support predictive/preventive maintenance and root cause analysis programs.
• Provide support to maintenance teams with strategies to improve asset reliability and uptime.
• Help develop and implement PM tasks and optimization of PM procedures.
• Support critical spare parts processes and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Plant Reliability Engineer on predictive maintenance strategies.
• Support various special projects, asset management, troubleshooting, and metric development.
