Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree is required.
3+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability/manufacturing engineering.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance is essential.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and PLC/controls knowledge.
Ability to manage reliability projects and use data for improvements.

Responsibilities

Analyze equipment failures, downtime and maintenance history to identify recurring problems.
Perform Root Cause Analysis on chronic and critical equipment failures.
Develop and improve PM and PdM programs.
Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot various equipment systems.
Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies.
Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.
