Job summary

CentroMotion in Medina, OH seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of equipment including mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics. The role involves maintenance on presses, furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and HVAC systems, with occasional travel for training.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Must possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that safety standards are maintained while performing duties
• Perform corrective maintenance on equipment
• Carry out routine check on production equipment
• Carryout regular preventive maintenance on equipment following standards and allotted time for completion
• Carryout regular preventive maintenance on facilities to mitigate major damage
• Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in machine and equipment
• Interface with our computerized maintenance management system to retrieve work orders and preventive maintenance activities
• Work flexible hours, be willing to stay over to complete critical tasks, and work weekend hours when needed
• Must be willing and able to travel occasionally as required (not typically a part of job function, for training purposes)
