Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a Fulfillment Center in Southaven, MS. You will join the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team to repair, maintain, and improve materials handling equipment and robotic systems across the site.

You will lead preventative maintenance, diagnose issues with PdM tools, and collaborate with Operations to keep uptime high. Growth to Area Maintenance Manager is possible after 2 years of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, CMMS, PLCs and robotics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotics throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, relay logic, and control component issues using PdM tools.
• Mentor technicians and support safe, efficient operations.
• Document work orders in CMMS and collaborate with Operations.
