Job summary
Novelis Davenport IA is seeking an EMRA Leader to drive reliability and maintenance planning, improving asset availability and equipment performance. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other teams to implement cost-effective PM/PdM programs and lead investigations for root causes.
The role requires oversight of reliability metrics, asset lifecycle planning, and a team focused on continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant plant operations at the Davenport
Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing improvement projects.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance and investigations.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Proficiency with CMMS and MS Project
- Ability to analyze data and production loss to guide improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to implement cost-effective reliability strategies and improve asset availability.
- Lead RCFA investigations and support FMEA/RCM activities per the Reliability Roadmap.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement to drive reliability initiatives.
- Develop and update 1-year and 3-year reliability plans to optimize asset performance.
