Job summary

Novelis Greensboro in Georgia seeks an EMRA Leader to drive engineering, maintenance, reliability and asset management across the plant. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver safety, reliability and continuous improvement in a high‑volume aluminum facility.

You will partner with HR to develop succession plans, fund projects, and implement PM/PdM and RCFA practices while ensuring ISO standards compliance and safety programs in line with the company’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in engineering in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Direct the EMRA Organization in safe working practices and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure engineering design meets standards (NEC, NFPA, ISO, OSHA, EPA, UL).
• Support the BBS process by coaching EMRA members to engage in observations.
• Support EHS performance standards and plant safety goals.
• Develop engineering knowledge and skills to optimize processes.
