Novelis Greensboro is seeking an engineering leader to direct the EMRA Organization, driving PM/PdM excellence and ensuring compliance with NEC, ISO, OSHA, and related standards.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, coordinate RCFA activities, and develop a five-year capital plan to sustain asset performance and safety across the facility.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement to support Novelis’ manufacturing objectives in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in engineering in a management or leadership role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; strong communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Direct the EMRA Organization in safe working practices per required programs and regulations.
• Ensure engineering designs meet NEC, NFPA, ISO, OSHA, EPA, UL standards.
• Support BBS and RCFA processes to improve reliability and performance.
• Develop and sustain Facility Reliability Master Plan and PM/PdM activities.
• Lead capital planning and budgeting for the facility and projects.
• Coach and mentor EMRA team; coordinate HR succession and hiring procedures.
