Job summary

Novelis Guthrie facility seeks an EMRA Leader to guide Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Automation at the Guthrie Recycle Center. You will lead technical teams to minimize downtime, boost equipment reliability, and drive safe, efficient operation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field with 5+ years of engineering leadership; strong communication and project-management skills; experience with AutoCAD and SAP PM is preferred. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation/Mechanical or related engineering field.
• Master's degree or P.E. certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, and technical teams to plan, schedule, and maintain assets.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve asset availability and reduce downtime.
• Lead projects to install or modify center assets, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, process safety, and environmental performance issues are addressed promptly.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditure planning for the center.
