Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager in Chandler, AZ to organize and optimize maintenance planning and execution. You will partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

The role emphasizes coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective work, building robust schedules, and ensuring materials and tools are ready. Experience with maintenance planning in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Exposure to CMMS/EAM or work order systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
• Create and manage work orders with labor, materials, parts, and tools ready for execution.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, operations, and vendors to maximize uptime.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and assist procurement activities.
• Support planning meetings and communicate maintenance activities across stakeholders.
• Utilize Maximo and SAP to manage maintenance workflows and docs.
• Track maintenance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient maintenance operation.
