Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance planning.
• Experience with CMMS administration and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance plans with labor, tools, and materials.
• Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Manage CMMS data, BOMs, and maintenance history.
• Train staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
