Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to manage the site's CMMS, PM and PdM programs, driving reliability, safety, and cost performance at our Sidney, Ohio facility.

You will develop and sustain preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance plans, lead maintenance planning and scheduling, and collaborate with the Corporate CRI team to deploy reliability initiatives and root-cause corrective actions. A strong background in manufacturing maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years of supervisory/maintenance management experience preferred.
• Experience managing and administering a CMMS system is required.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and reliability best practices.
• Experience with robotics, automated manufacturing systems, CNC equipment, PLC controls, hydraulic/pneumatic and industrial electrical systems.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site's CMMS system and maintenance execution strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PM and PdM programs.
• Collaborate with the Corporate CRI team to implement reliability initiatives and root-cause actions.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory planning to improve equipment reliability, safety, productivity, and cost performance.
• Support reliability and asset management initiatives across the site.
