Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business with a global footprint. We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure equipment reliability, drive maintenance programs, and support TPM in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will partner with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and extend asset life through data-driven PM/PdM strategies. The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
Minimum 5 years of reliability engineering experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate PM/PdM services with planners and maintenance teams.
Analyze PM/PdM data and equipment histories to optimize frequencies.
Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and reduce maintenance needs.
Ensure personnel are trained to carry out programmed maintenance.
Collaborate with operation superintendents to approve procedures.
Assess planned downtime to improve PM/PdM schedules.
Compare PM/PdM frequencies to downtime and history data.
