Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and performance of plant equipment, processes, and safety systems. You will develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance and reduce costs.

You will serve as a technical resource to maintenance teams, analyze equipment histories, and collaborate with planners to schedule PM/PdM services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Experience analyzing data, records and histories to optimize PM/PdM frequencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine the preventive/predictive maintenance program in a systematic, professional manner across equipment and facilities.
Coordinate PM/PdM services with planners and maintenance management to ensure proper scheduling.
Analyze PM/PdM data, equipment histories, and failure reports to refine frequencies.
Develop engineering solutions to repetitive reliability problems and reduce maintenance needs.
Train responsible personnel in carrying out programmed maintenance and secure owner approval.
