Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in North America seeks a Maintenance Coordinator in Connersville, IN. The role evaluates equipment, plans maintenance, coordinates schedules, and ensures safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.

This position works closely with Maintenance and Reliability to ensure work is properly planned, resourced, prioritized, and completed. It is a permanent role within the Maintenance department, focusing on productivity and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of related experience in an industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, engineering technology or related field.
• 2+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability or maintenance coordination experience.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products is required.
• Experience working with CMMS is preferred.
• Strong practical equipment knowledge with maintenance planning and reliability expertise.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and controls systems in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
• The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for evaluating equipment, planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
• This position works closely with Maintenance and Reliability to ensure work is properly planned, resourced, prioritized, and completed.
