Job summary

Hydro Extrusions is seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead site CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and reliability initiatives. You will partner with the CRI team to implement best practices, drive maintenance planning, and optimize cost, safety, and productivity across the plant in Sidney, OH.

The role requires 5–10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, with CMMS familiarity and strong planning/scheduling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory, leadership, or maintenance management experience preferred.
• Experience managing and administering a CMMS system is required.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and reliability best practices.
• Working knowledge of robotics, automated manufacturing systems, CNC equipment, PLC controls, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience supporting reliability and asset management initiatives.
• Project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site's CMMS, preventive maintenance program, reliability initiatives, maintenance planning, work orders, and inventory to improve reliability, safety, productivity, and cost.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PM and PdM programs.
• Collaborate with Corporate CRI Team to implement reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for managing the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance program, reliability initiatives, maintenance planning processes, work order execution strategies, and maintenance inventory planning to improve equipment reliability, safety, productivity, and cost performance
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Work closely with the Corporate Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI) Team to implement reliability initiatives, best practices, root cause corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects
