• Pass pre-employment screening (physical, background, drug)
• Mechanical engineering experience preferred
• 3+ years in cement manufacturing or related industry as maintenance inspector or planner

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RCAs for safety incidents
• Ensure contractor adherence to safe work rules
• Develop detailed, step-by-step task plans within work orders
• Determine required manpower and duration for each task
• Conduct field reviews to validate necessity and feasibility of work requests
• Allocate ~30% on-site validation and ~70% work order management
