Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for a cement manufacturing operation in Maryneal, TX. This role develops detailed maintenance plans, coordinates planned maintenance, supports shutdown planning, and drives equipment reliability across the plant.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical maintenance background with hands-on experience in CMMS, preventive and predictive maintenance, scheduling, and repair of industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background with planning and troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience developing detailed maintenance work orders and job plans.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance job plans with procedures, parts, tools, and durations.
• Enter and improve maintenance planning data in CMMS.
• Develop a four-week maintenance schedule for planned corrective work.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering and inspection teams.
• Support plant shutdown and outage planning and budgeting.
