Job summary

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize maintenance work control processes and minimize downtime. The role reports to the Methods Manager and focuses on planning, parts definition, and resources to maximize productivity, while improving preventive maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include leading weekly planning meetings, preparing job assignments, ensuring spare parts readiness, and maintaining the work order system.

Qualifications

• Technical school or college degree in related field.
• Minimum of two years of industrial manufacturing maintenance planning experience.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Commitment to the highest safety standards and teamwork.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings to discuss the current and upcoming work.
• Prepare the daily job assignment sheet and ensure spare parts availability.
• Plan and schedule mechanical, electrical and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and update the work order system with hours, parts and costs.
• Develop safe job procedures and support outages and budgets.
• Provide equipment expertise and guidance for maintenance improvement.
